Terms of Use
Terms of Use
Last updated: September 4, 2026.
These terms govern the use of the Rewy application, published by Neroteq (a French SASU with share capital of €1,000.00, SIRET 948 237 367 00016, 35 boulevard Gambetta, 78300 Poissy). By installing or using Rewy, you accept these terms.
1. Purpose of the application
Rewy lets you document the progress of a hands-on project (DIY, cooking, gardening, repair, or any other project) through a sequence of steps made up of a photo and a note, so you can pick up an interrupted project right where you left it.
2. How it works, without an account
Rewy does not require creating any account. The content you create (projects, photos, notes) is stored locally on your device. Neroteq does not have access to this content and does not back it up: it is your responsibility to keep your own copies if you want to avoid losing access to them in the event of loss, theft, or replacement of your device.
3. Free version and Rewy+
In its free version, Rewy lets you run one active project at a time. A paid tier, Rewy+, allowing several active projects in parallel, will be offered via App Store in-app purchases. Features already available for free (creating a project, capturing a step, viewing history) are never restricted by this tier.
4. Intellectual property
The Rewy application, its name, its visual identity, and its code are the property of Neroteq. The content you create within the application (your photos, your notes, your project text) remains your exclusive property.
5. Availability and evolution of the service
Neroteq strives to ensure the availability and proper functioning of Rewy, without guaranteeing absolute continuity. The application may evolve, have certain features modified, or be interrupted, in particular in the event of a technical or regulatory constraint.
6. Liability
Rewy is provided as is. Neroteq cannot be held liable for a loss of content resulting from deletion, uninstallation of the application, or the loss of the device it is installed on.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall, absent an amicable resolution, fall under the jurisdiction of the courts competent for Neroteq's registered office.
